On its second installment, the Bulatlat forum invited Gigo Alampay, Kiri Dalenna, Dr. Patrick Flores and Katrina Stuart Santiago to tackle the topic: "Where is Philippine Art Heading?" Ricky Francisco will moderate the forum and the ensuing workshop where we'll try to map trajectories and common advocacies that may arise among participants.
